It's the latest version of Sage line 50 accounts software - available online - giving you, your staff and us the freedom to access and work on your accounting records wherever and whenever there is an Internet connection. The software is fully hosted by Sage on dedicated secure servers and comes with SageCover Extra included.

View, share and update data simultaneously from multiple locations in real time - ideal if you have more than one office/shop or if you travel around or just want to work from home.

Example situations could be:

  • Your bookkeeper works from home but you can still access your accounts from your office.
  • You control your sales ledger in house but delegate the rest of the bookkeeping to us or a bookkeeper of your choice.
  • We prepare management accounts directly from your data which you can access immediately they are ready.
  • We do your bookkeeping and management accounts and you access the information any time any place.

TECHNICAL STUFF

There is a minimum 12 month contract, with the option to pay in full at the time of purchase or by monthly direct debit.

This price includes:
Access to the online software.
Full technical support.
Other benefits including online business information and an online support service.

Here are the details:
Sage 50 Accounts Professional Online is available with a choice of three, five or 10 named users.
Additional users can be added for £10 per month (in breaks of five and 10 users).
You sign up to the service for a minimum of one year. After that, there's a 30-day notice period for cancellations.

The price is £75 per month for the 3 user package £95 per month for the 5 user package

The contract is between Sage and you. Accountably Ltd cannot be held responsible for the provision of the services under the contract.

Minimum hardware requirements
An IBM® compatible computer with a 400 MHz (or equivalent) processor 128MB RAM
200MB of free disk space after Windows® has been installed
A copy of Microsoft® Internet Explorer v6 or higher
A broadband internet connection of 512Kb or higher
An SVGA video card and monitor supported by Windows running at 800 x 600 pixels, with a minimum of 16-bit high colour

Recommended hardware
An IBM® compatible computer with a 2 GHz (or equivalent) processor
At least 512MB RAM
At least 500MB of free disk space after Windows® has been installed
A copy of Microsoft® Internet Explorer v6 or higher
A broadband internet connection of 2Mb or higher
An SVGA or higher resolution video card and monitor supported by Windows
running at 1024 x 768 pixels or higher, with 24-bit true colour
One of the following operating systems
Microsoft Windows 2000
Windows Server 2003
Windows XP (Recommended)
Windows Vista
Please ensure that you have the latest Microsoft updates installed.
This product will not install or run on the Microsoft Windows 95, Windows
98, Windows Me, or Windows NT4 operating systems.
