Fees

We aim to operate a completely transparent fee policy with fixed fees.
VAT will be added to all quoted prices.

Free of charge initial consultation
We are pleased to offer a free of charge initial consultation to discuss your business and requirements.

Our charges
Our charges are £60 per hour for accounts related work and £75 per hour for tax advice and tax compliance.  This is charged in units of 15 minutes. Bookkeepers charges are in the range of £12 - £20 per hour.

Fixed fees
We prefer to work for our clients on the basis of fixed annual fees for their core requirements.  Our clients prefer this method because they have the security of knowing their costs are fixed in advance.  We base the fixed fees on our assessment of the time it is likely to take to complete the specified work.  Fixed fees cover the specified core work as agreed  but optionally can also include extra 'floating' hours to be used on an ad hoc basis as required.  Alternatively you can opt to pay as you go for any non core work but please read our credit policy.

Credit policy
We regret we are unable to offer credit facilities. No final accounts, tax returns or other documents prepared by us will be released until payment in relation to them has been received in full.
