What happens when you first get in touch?

Your first meeting is a chance to sit down with Jonathan, either on Zoom or in person, and talk through your business, where you are now and what you need help with.
He will explain the services that may be useful, answer your questions and set out the next steps and likely costs clearly, so you know what to expect before deciding how you would like to proceed.

Common questions before you get in touch

A few things people often want to know before arranging their first meeting.

Do I Need Everything Ready?

No. Start with where you are. We will let you know what information is needed and what can follow later.

Is The First Meeting Free?

Yes. The first meeting gives us a chance to understand what you need and explain the services and likely costs before you decide how to proceed.

Any Pressure To Go Ahead?

No. There is no hard sell and no pressure to proceed.
It is simply our chance to see if working together feels like a good fit.

What Happens After The Meeting?

We will confirm the services discussed, the likely costs and the next steps.
You can then decide whether you would like to go ahead.
