Kirsty brings extensive experience and strong technical knowledge to her role as Client Manager, working with larger, more complex limited companies as well as charity accounts. Personable and patient, she combines excellent attention to detail with working closely with clients.  
Known as the “red pen lady”, Kirsty is thorough and meticulous in her work. She is also an excellent teacher, training and supporting junior members of the team.

Greg Parr FCCA

Client Manager

Greg brings strong technical tax knowledge and a straight-talking approach to client support. He specialises in tax planning for individuals and owner-managed businesses, as well as more complex areas such as trusts and inheritance tax.
He works well with clients who want clear answers and practical guidance, with a focus on understanding the issues and providing advice they can act on.

Lauren Rand MAAT

Client Manager

Lauren is efficient, quick and practical, with a strong ability to move work forward. She supports clients across areas including CIS and marine accounts, bringing a useful mix of direct communication and care.

She is also very capable with IT and has a natural ability to understand and work with different systems. Clients value her speed, focus and ability to get things done clearly and efficiently.

Clare Adamson FCA ATT

Client Manager

Clare is Accountably’s Tax Manager and brings strong personal tax knowledge and experience to the team. She specialises in personal tax returns, including more complex cases, as well as rental properties, sole traders and individual tax matters. Her knowledge also extends to trusts, inheritance tax and aspects of international tax.

Confident and highly competent, Clare is trusted to manage detailed and complex tax work independently, with the knowledge and experience to see matters through from start to finish.

Amanda James MICB CB.Cert

Bookkeeping & Payroll

Amanda supports clients with bookkeeping, payroll and CIS, bringing years of experience and a supportive, personable approach. She provides bookkeeping guidance and training and works directly with HMRC to resolve payroll and CIS matters.

Having been part of Accountably for many years, Amanda is a constant within the office and an important part of the wider team. Alongside her client work, she helps with the day-to-day administration that keeps things running and is very much the glue that holds the team together.

Alvis Varganovs

Client Manager, PA and Office Administrator

Alvis has a varied role across client management, office administration and supporting Jonathan with planning and diary organisation.

Often the first person clients speak to, he is personable, positive and sensitive to people’s needs.

He began with Accountably as an apprentice, and his role grew because he became such a valuable part of the team.

Jess

Trainee Accountant

Jess is one of the newest members of the team and is currently working through her AAT exams. She brings positivity, humour and quick thinking to the office, and is already showing strong potential for a career in accountancy.  She handles our Making Tax Digital service, helping clients with the communication and information needed throughout the process. Friendly, bright and fast-learning, she is a valued part of the growing team.

Sarah Jackson

Bookkeeper & Credit Control

Sarah supports Accountably with internal bookkeeping, credit control and company secretarial work, including ID checks, confirmation statements, director and PSC changes, share transactions and other company updates.  
Friendly and personable, Sarah brings a wealth of practical experience to her work. She particularly enjoys the communication that comes with helping clients.

Emma Yalland

Bookkeeper

Emma works remotely as part of Accountably’s bookkeeping team and brings a wealth of bookkeeping experience to her role. She manages the day-to-day bookkeeping for clients to keep their records accurate and up to date.  
Helpful and approachable, Emma provides reliable bookkeeping support, giving the wider Accountably team accurate, well-organised records to work from.

Kay Ash-Lee

Business and Wellbeing Support

Kay works alongside Jonathan on the strategic development of Accountably, with a particular focus on business growth, marketing and website development, recruitment, team development and staff wellbeing. She brings many years of experience working with small businesses and self-employed people, together with a background in stress management and wellbeing. Her role is focused on helping to shape the longer-term direction of the business while supporting the people within it.
